Welcome to Pro Pathway, Staffordshire’s leading youth football academy. Founded in 2017, Pro Pathway has been bridging the gap between professional academies and local grassroots football through our extensive range of weekly sessions designed to nurture and develop young players.
Our ‘PRO WAY’ has been developed through extensive research, practise, experience, & in situ visits to Professional academies in the UK & Europe. ‘PRO WAY’ has been developed to mirror an academy style of coaching with continental elements to ensure players are exposed to both technical and tactical understanding.
More importantly, Pro Pathway aims to consider the needs of each player and take account of their developmental stage from a growth, development and maturation perspective and implement the programme to help develop young players and maximise their potential both short and long term, alongside providing a safe and secure environment allowing them to take risks, be creative and feel confident.

My son Kyle has been going for a couple of weeks now and I've not seen him smile this much for a very long time. The coaching is amazing and the praise they give to all of the kids is top class. I wish everyone involved in kids football had the same attitude as the coaches here. So thanks for making our boy smile again

Liam has had many 121 sessions with Ryan and really enjoys them. Ryan gets them thinking and works with all abilities to bring them on. Liam has always lacked in confidence but Ryan has always got Liam believing in himself and the improvements since Sept is 100 %. THANK YOU RYAN
